Lively place with pleasant staff and good wi-fi. Fabulous food including a good breakfast with scrambled eggs and bangers. Swimming pool view and great and unbeatable location near everything. Based just next door to restaurants & shopping, and the beach and park.

If the hotel could offer a tea maker / coffee maker in the guest room, it would be great.

Great room for being in South Beach...Wasn't expecting it to be as nice and clean. Very pleased. It was really chic and the staff was very friendly. For the location and price, I'd definitely stay there again.
The walls are thin so it can be noisy but its South Beach what do you expect.

Who knew? Not me!
The location is unbeatable, right near the beach. While the staff was kind, especially during check-in, breakfast at the nearby restaurant left much to be desired. Our room was decent but came with a few cleanliness issues. A mixed bag of experiences in a vibrant spot!

Everything is great, we appreciated this hotel. The stuff are pleasant and polite, managed the parking nearby. Exceptionally clean rooms come with 2 queen beds and a good view, for instance. The price is US$ 496.

I was very annoyed that there was a mandatory $16.95 resort fee when I registered that I did not agree to when I booked it. The fee was for breakfast, (I checked out at 5:30 am which was prior to breakfast), drinks(I do not drink) and beach facilities, towels etc( I arrived near five pm and left early in the morning at 5:30). It is outragous that I should have incured an expense that I neither agreed to when booking or that I would use the facilities it was intended to support.

No service - poor staff skills, impersonal may as well just selected a key from a vending machine . Would not recommend to anyone. Could not get breakfast as they dfo not serve prior to 8am, but as I was leaving before 8am, I requested that I get something the night before and keep in my fridge. No go on that one. No free 1-800 numbers but other Hotels in the district have that for no extra included in the fee. Ropey Wi-Fi service - poorly administered. Rating 0.5 out of 5 stars. Will never ever stay there again and am spreading the word fast to all my colleagues and friends nmot to stay there. Best Scott

The location is good.
Everything else was terrible from check in through to check out. The room was poor and nothing like the images. I had to move out of an Ocean view room as the shower was broken, the receptionist at check in was so rude and unhelpful. To be fair the one when I checked out was very nice. The breakfast is basic and at $15 extra, which you have to pay for at check in, its not worth it at all. My advice would be to avoid this place.

Practical place. Not too expensive. Best lacation possible. Internet avialable.
No towels for two days. Front desk promised, but did not deliver. The vouchers for drinks are bogus, so is the Breakfast. However, Starbucks and other Breakfast places just around the corner. Some things are not ideal. Ac icing up, No towels. Rooms not in prime shape. Shebby corridors, relatively ok and practical rooms.

Nice hotel. The location is excellent and I really recommend it for that. For a 3 star hotel with this location, the price is quite good. The bathroom and the towels were clean.
The room walls were a little bit dirty. And the reception was moldy!
